Whirlingturban needs a web designer to make banner ads. Please respond even if this posting is old- am looking for "permanent relationship" if i can find the right person, and I'm figuring it might take a while to find just the right web designer for us. If you can't find a good fit directly from the site here you can try services like designquote.net or odesk.com.
odesk is more of a global outsourcing thing and you can get some very low rates and check client reviews etc.
I'm going to interview a few people from it for my website redesign. It's also easier to establish a relationship via odesk.
