Just thought I should start a thread about The Ink and Iron Pinup Pageant to avoid all the Vote for Me threads that are sure to follow. If you are a PL Lady and Entered in The Ink and Iron Contest please Reply to this thread. Let all of PL know who you are :)

 

I wish you all luck. Your all beautiful and deserve a chance to be a finalist.

Either way I hope I get to meet you all. I think there should be some sort of PL Meet Up. Pre Ink and Iron and After Ink and Iron Meet-up so we can all get to know each other and Brag about how wonderful PL is.

Voting Begins on February 26th and Continues Until May 25th. 

Due to voting issues that were brought up last year.

Voting will be slightly different and should lead to a fair competition.

OKAY another UPDATE!

'Looks Like Ink and Iron Staffers, Individuals from Publications, and Photographer will be narrowing down the group of girls to 35!

via Ink and Iron Email

The final 35 girls will be uploaded to the Ink-N-Iron facebook fan page photo gallery. The 35 contestants can send their fans to the page, they must click the like button and then can comment their vote. We will get the email notification of the new comment (vote) and will keep a manual log of all votes with the comment thread as verification, multiple votes from the same profile will be deleted.

I hope this addresses all concerns.

i got that same email, but do you know if our votes influence our chance at making the 35? i know we all worked mega hard for those votes!

From what Ive heard, the votes are being thrown out completely. Theyre looking at our portfolios.  So Im assuming they are picking the 35 girls based on how professional and how "professional pin up" they are.
