Any Great tattoo artist in San Diego, LA area?

Hi I am deployed and will be spending my leave with family in So- Cal. I really wanna get some new art done when i am home.Problem is i don't know the area anymore and want to know if any of you are from the area and know a good shop. Thank you for any reply's.

My artist is amazing. He ownes two shops one in Escondido Ca and the other one in Vista Ca. He is super down to earth and very old school. Everyone I have referred has been amazed. Ask for Obie at Vista body art. Let me know if you would like to check out some of the work he has done on me

There's a handful of great shops in San Diego.   Seven Seas is a great one... my buddy Caz works there.  Also Flying Panther has some amazing world class artists... so do the Avalon shops.  There's a couple more but I'm drawing a blank right now.

I highly recommend Yer Cheatin Heart Tattoo Shop in Gardena - it's south of LA. I had work done by Jon Hall - he's awesome - and there's a few other badass artists there too!

well depending on what style your looking for i can make a few recommendations but personally there is an abundance of awesome talent in orange county

I'm about 2.5-3 hours away from Denver.    If that's too far I can certainly recommend some shops in Denver.  I've been getting a lot of work from William Thidemann at Kaze Gallery... his s*** is amazing and he's been getting quite a bit of magazine coverage lately.  (Check it out at www.thidemann.com)  I'd also recommend  White Lotus, the Rebellion and Th'ink Tank.  All of them have great artists.
