I'm a huge fan of any clothing that is customized. From buying a dress second hand and repurposing it, to putting vintage buttons on a new cardigan, to making something from scratch, I love things that are custom.

So show off your custom stuff here. Whether you made it or it was made for you, if it's a one of a kind, let's see it!

These were made for me by my favorite seamstress Haley (fabric chosen by me):

This shirt I bought at a thrift store, added the hook and eye down the front, and added the patches (you can only see one):

This was a "hot topic halter" (you know, the "goth/industrial" ones with the tacky straps and buckles) and one of my favorite t-shirts:

Today I took the PL necklaces I bought and made them a little more "me". I added glitter to the red one, and attached the knucks to the black one.

I've always been so jealous of those of you who can make clothing!

Well, my niche is Kids clothing and accessories. My daughter usually decides 2 hrs before we go somewhere, that NOTHING she has is suitable for wearing. o_o So I end up sewing like a mad woman, not sending my best work out, but the little one is happy...C'est la vie, no?

Here's a little number that my daughter threw together herself. She picked out the fabric, trim and button detail (she's pretty rad-tastic, if I do say so myself) Onto the action shots!

Hair accessories that I've thrown together in the past few days:

Yay for custom made stuff!! Now I need photos of stuff I've made for MYSELF. Whew.

I loooove it
Cute stuff! Your daughter is adorable..and I love her outfit. My mom always made our clothes when we were babies & lil kiddies. I'll have to scan the pic of me w/ my Dorothy Hamill haircut in my favorite dress that she created. I was 4..so don't judge on the hair!
