Has anyone noticed how damn thin the paper they print sewing patterns on is? and its getting thinner by the year!
After one use Ive found most of mine are near useless.

Ive taken to making a copy on parcel paper and covering the original in clear parcel tape (attractive i know lol)

so ladies and gents, How do you preserve your patterns? Any tips?

I'm a big fan of using muslin when I have a pattern I use a lot. It's a great way to get the correct fit each time. This also preserves the original pattern.... I like to be able to have all the sizes available should I need to do something bigger/smaller. I don't know how to draft my own so I really like having the original available.

I really like the pattern hooks though. Going to have to check that out.
