Oh, man. For me, it's all about the meat. No tofurkey for me! Lol.
I've got some mean recipes for green rice and sweet potato casserole, though. I'll dig those suckers up and post them ASAP!

half american food half filipino food. always the same every thanksgiving. but due to health issues this might all be changing for me soon. might have to go the vegetarian route.
