Girls with arm tattoos

I was thinking of getting a pinup on my upper left arm to represent who I want to be, but some people I have talked to say that girls shouldn't have arm tattoos. I hope hoping for some more opinions, what do you guys and dolls think?

Sorry, but I think girls can have tattoos any where we want! I've been told that girls shouldn't have tattoos full stop. afraid that never stopped me LOL

Practically tho, if its a place that can be covered up if need be then why not.

Seriously, Lola, if you have thought long and hard about getting a tattoo and you've decided it's what you want, then don't let anybody's negative comments sway you. I agree with Betty M - depending on if you have now, or plan to have even a semi-conservative job, you might want to put it in a place that's easily covered. I hear long sleeves work great!

first of all, you should only get a tattoo if you are 100% of it. if you have to ask the lot of us, maybe you need a little more time thinking it thru 9maybe relocating it). It will be on your body forever, and you will have to look at it every day, even when the ink is all blurred together and you have gone senile and forgot what it was of in the first place. I love all 12(over 35hours worth) of my tattoos. I have struggled to coverthem at times, and have even stopped acting on stage because of them. And for pete's sake go to a good artist, not a cheap one. good tattoos are not cheap and cheap tattoos are not good... especially on a pretty girl!
