BURLESQUE the movie?

Okay guys and gals!! Personally i am not a fan of Christina Aguilera. I'm a big fan of vintage classic burlesque. i'm not sure if there has been a discussion about the upcomming movie Burlesque but any how...what do you all think?

I have been very curious about how the movie will protray the burlesque subculture.

I'm for sure going to see it. I'll probably make a girl's night of it. I've seen the trailer and think it could be pretty good. I really hope it's as good as it looks!

I'm kind of on the fence about this one. I'm also not a fan of X-tina, but the trailer does make it look pretty interesting. I will probably catch it on Netflix, tho.

I heard about this a while back and wondered when the release date would be. I'm a fan of Christina's music (Back To Basics was really quite good) but it makes me ponder on what her acting skills will be like? Oh well, I'm sure the cinema will be getting my £6.50 for it!

I was talking about this last night, and you know I go with Yay. It looks a bit like a teen dance movie (that 1st one a while back with julia styles) but not too bad. I think it will be a fun girls night out movie. I would have liked more of a "based on true events" story about classic burlesque or one paticular starlet of the time, but this def has more broad appeal for general audinces. Im gonna go see it for sure!

Don't want to disappoint anybody, but I heard there's no stripping or Pasties in this movie. Just dancing and that's it.

Eh. To me, it looks like Xtina is turning her part in the Moulin Rouge soundtrack song into a movie. She's a very talented vocalist, but I have serious doubts about her acting abilities and that kills any movie for me. I will not be flocking to the theater for this.
