Okay, so I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to get my hair to stay in victory rolls. It is layered, so I am working with a lot of different lengths, and my bangs are side swept. I roll my hair up instead of under, but it's these different lengths that are driving me crazy! Is there someone out there that can give me a few tips. Thanks so much. Kat

i did someones hair like this...n it was pretty easy...you'll need a rattail comb and a brush, bobby pins to match your hair color and a light hair spray like treseme and a finishing hair spray like aussie instant freeze.section out the top half of your hair like your going to do pig tails. you can pin your bangs to the side if you have them and worry about them last.then take a one inch curling iron and take the whole section starting from the middle and curl the hair the direction you want the roll to go.do it to both sides...u dont really need a perfect curl, just as long as the ends are going the direction the hair will be rolled then all will be fine. do this to both sides. then take your first section and tease it from the roots...this keeps the roll in place without being flat and adds some nice volume to it. then i take a brush and gently come out the little fuzzies and use a light hair spray like treseme to help me keep it smooth.then begin rolling it to the head and pin it in place. keeping in mind to hide the pins.take a light hair spray again and smooth the first roll you pinned out and then begin to repeat all those steps to the other side. when finish you can adjust if you need to and if theirs hairs flying out of the roll take your rat tail comb and push them in with that point and you may spray or pin them down.if theres still fly away around ur face leave them for last so that you can use your finishing spray to get them in place. you may leave your bangs as is or curl them under or slick them into a pomp with a side pin curl.

ill leave a pic u can go by, but my hair was layered with no bangs in this picture.

good luck and remember practice makes perfect!

email me if u run into trouble!
