Has anybody else already chanced to pick up this new bad boy?

Ours finally arrived via UPS just a few days ago, and I'm already in love. At first, I wasn't all to impressed with the WiFi feature. Aside from it's sleek look, that's really the only thing that sets it apart from the original 360 and the 360 Elite. "So what, it can connect wireless for Live play. Ooooh"... But I was rather elated when I found that I can access my movie downloads from my desktop PC without even touching the keyboard. Instead of going through the hassle of burning a movie onto a disc, playing it in the DVD player, and then risk my toddler gaining hold of it and rendering it useless; I can now just sit back on my couch and essentially have 'presto!' instant movie access! Better than Netflix, I think, lol. It also helps that we very recently switched internet companies, so I've been downloading movies like crazy and putting that terabyte of space in my My Book to use. The Slim just makes things so much easier.

So, for those of you that have it, what all do you like about it or don't like about it? Did it meet your expectations? Those that don't have one, are you planning to or wanting to? Why or why not?

P.S.
The only con I've found so far, is that the touch-activated buttons are WAY too sensitive. Sometimes all it takes to turn it on, is to simply walk past the thing. I suppose general usage will wear down the sensitivity, though. That's usually how it is with heat sensory "buttons".

OOOOO! I can't wait to get ours! Supposed to be getting one for my birthday! I'm a bit of a gamer geek (shhhh! don't tell!) lol. I just upgraded my external HD to 4 - 1 terabyte drives! TONS of space! Which is good, because I download movies and music at a disgusting rate. haha! I'm very interested in the Slims ability to access my PC's movie storage folder! You say it can do this without any 3rd party program? because I've been having to use the PlayOn Media Server. It works nicely, but it won't let me play .WMA files! (boooo)

So they arent the size of a VW Bus anymore!? Man I hate microshit but the Ace Combat flight sim series stopped developing for Playstation and does xbox now, the temptation is so so huge to jump on one of these!

You got it, babe! All you have to do is adjust your system settings and you'll have instant access to all of your photo, video, and music files. You can also 'bookmark' certain files from your computer so you can access them easily at any given time, rather than having to dig through your documents, computer, or what have you. We have it set to where we can get into our Vuze downloads easily, hence the reason it's so easy to pull up a video.
There is also a Kinect package you can purchase, which is AMAZING, but doesn't come out until November. We have ours pre-oredered. =0] It's essentially the same concept as the WII, only without controllers. Prepare to be amazed...

All of the 360s play DVDs, but meh. That's what I love having to avoid! Whether it's through a DVD player or the XBOX, it's still a hassle.

It's not super tiny, and by no means a compact console, but it is definitely smaller. And so much more quiet! It hardly even produces a whisper, really. Long gone are the days of using the XBOX as a space heater. =0D
I'd feel like such an idiot for doing a product review video, but if the Kinect truly blows me away, I just might. ;0]

My old xbox died. I've been to brok to afford a new one....But I did get the chance to check this bad boy out at E3 this year and i'm rather impressed by it.
