Retro Swimsuits - What do you think?

I'm a HUUGE fan of those retro swimsuits.

They make me feel incredibly sexy and confident when i wear them.

What brand do you own/prefer/recommend ?

I love Esther Williams, Jantzen and Betty B Dangerous.

This is my red polka dot Esther Williams

And this is one of my Jantzen, the Vamp Onepiece in Red (also have it in black and black polka dot)

I'm always looking for new ones, so post photos of your retro swimsuits!

Thank you. I don't get too many compliments on my pale skin! I learned at an early age that my skin does not react well to sunshine! I've been slathering on the sunscreen since I was 13. I actually got a sunburn on the back of my neck the day before this picture was taken. I forgot that I have an A-line haircut and my neck was exposed whilst we were frolicking on the beach. I'm still a redneck three weeks later!

Ofcourse esther williams is the leading lady in vintage suits but check out some of the What Katie Did line they have a 2 piece I am saving up for that is to DIE for. My problem is I am a mom and I have terrible stretch marks so vintage bikinis help hide that while still being coy and modest. I am a big believer in sex appeal being enhanced with modesty.

I find that so hard to believe!!! I am pale as can be and I am always getting people telling me how jealous they are. See my philosophy is that any one can get a tan but you have to be BORN pale to get pale. You have something that other people can't just get. I am always so proud of my pale skin. I think your skin tone is absolutely lovely and milky and something to be really proud of.

I have to cast my vote for Vintage Suits by Mary! All of her suits have powernet and inner bras, and the playsuits are all lined and have boning. I wore her latest style at Tiki Oasis and it was a huge hit! (it has a removable skirt and a convertible shoulder strap)
