Advice for a newbie from Chile

Hello!!
I started modeling a year ago for my photography class in College, and realised I'm not that bad at it, I have so much fun doing it!
Most of the pictures I have are self shoot or by a friend who's really into photography but nothing pro.

I'm not really interested in becoming rich but I would like to have a career as an alternative model and would love to become a burlesque performer someday but in my country we only have like strip clubs and "goth" shows, I don't really know where to begin :s

any advice?

My advice is to take some time and read through the forum. There are a ton of threads here about starting out. Also, keep an eye on the casting calls section for people shooting in your area.

Well at least you are lucky living in South America, cause pinups are very very popular among the States and everyone can have an opportunity to find a job there in this area.

I live in Greece and im already thinking of folowing my dream in the States, as i cant expect much things in Europe (apart from UK but its not as big as the United States)

a photgrapher contacted me at MM he says he wants to do a pin up girl shoot, I really want more experience in modeling but I'm a little scared about meeting with him, how to do it, what to expect? etc.
any advice????
