Ideas for my new room?

I have a new room.
But it needs some paint and cool stuff.

I redecorated my dorm room last year but can't seem to find any decent pictures right now. I had the walls a peachy cream because the furniture was dark wood so I needed a lighter colour on the walls.
Frilly curtains or drapes they don't need to be super expensive but they make a big difference.
Go crazy, with lampshades, chandeliers, candlesticks, mirrors, framed pinup posters. If you are a crafty person don't waste money on fancy frames and lampshades and get the nice cheap ones and decorate them yourself.

Oh thanks.
one wall is slant because of the roof so I have a Velux window
My furniture is in lightwood and my bed is silver.
I can't use wallpaper so I need paint. I'll paint my doors also.
I'll take pictures when it's a little bit cleanded hah

What direction do you want to go in? Do you have a theme in mind? As was said before, pictures of the room would be helpful, but also anything that you like. Colors, movies, music, etc. You gotta give us something to work with. For example, I love the 1950's movie star bedrooms, and the color pink, so when I re-did my room, I used both of those as my inspiration.

I'm going to take pictures tomorrow (it's now 1.26 AM xo)
I love movies and photography (it's also my study)
My fav colors are black, red, silver, turquoise and mojito green.
I can't take too much dark colors in my room and no wallpaper.

I personally adore Victorian style bedrooms. If you should choose to go that route, your favorite colors of red and black would look absolutely smashing with a Victorian feel. You could throw in hints of silver as well, which would worked perfectly for the bed frame you already have.
I've been house shopping as of late, and I already can't wait to get started on decor. I'm dreaming up a Victorian/Baroque bedroom for myself; royal purple, gold, and black. It's going to be awesome! Very dark and almost Gothic, but elegant to boot.

I have already an idea for my bathroom.
It's a little one but I guess I can make a tikibathroom of it ^^
I will take pictures but my room is now a little bit messy because of the works I'm doing in it right now
