Ok so if you have'nt heard of this show..the whole point of it is to cook and host a dinner party for 3 or 4 other strangers..who ever does the best party wins 1000 pounds. And this show is fricking hilarious!!! And like a guest at one of the parties once said the people they get are just..insane, really something else..not sure where they find 'em. And the narrator is brilliant so funny in that dry, witty Brit way.
They're gonna make a Canadian version soon but I'm not sure if it'll be this good! : P Have a look for yourself, this was by far the funniest episode.

Dave Lamb is a LEGEND! I definitely wouldn't watch without his little remarks! I love sitting down and watching the entire week of dinners in one sitting.

It's even better when they get a whole load of minor or 'past-it' celebrites and they all try to outdo each other.
Some of the people on this show are genuinely insane though, completely crackers and the things they come out with are disturbing.
Watching the kinds of things they come up with for their menus will make you believe that you could enter and win the money with your eyes closed, so it's always good for a confidence boost, lol.

I haven't seen the minor celebrity shows yet..hope they air it soon over here.
Yeah some of the menus are f****** incredible! I love the fajitas (with canned refreid beans) and for desert a flat burnt meringue thing with some fruit. lol And they sure love wrapping everything in bacon..I'm pretty sure I could win it but only if people were open minded enough to enjoy a completely vegan or vegetarian dinner. One would hope.. : P

Yeah, in Canada they show all the episodes for the week on Sunday so I just record it and fast forward through the ads. Needless to say I look forward to Sundays now..lol. I even got my youngest brother watching it! : )
