Hey everyone!
Could someone tell me how to create yourself so wonderful waists?
What sport do you do?
And is there anything you eat or drink or whatever that's special?

Girdles and corsets.

Hooping is great too!
A good rule of thumb is to eat 5-6 small meals a day and make sure the portions for each meal is fist size. Also, drink plenty of water, which actually satiates your hunger and can crush hunger pangs. I like to swim regularly to keep in shape. Whatever sport you try, just make sure you did often enough to burn calories. Roxy Tart is right about using corsets and girdles, they work wonders. The Gym! I love the gym, I used to go twice daily and worked out for about an hour each time. It may seem like a lot but trust me, it worked wonders, I toned my tummy fast!
I hadn't renewed my membership yet since moving, but plan to soon, 24 hour fitness is wonderful, They had a lovely staff and clean gym, equipped with showers & daycare. I plan on taking their yoga classes here soon too.
I am 5'7 and 145, which is my healthy BMI, I don't want to loose anymore because I enjoy my curves, I have a bust, a waist and legs. I think nothing is sexier than a girl with an hour glass shape! I love corsets and girdles too! A gal can never have enough of them.
A fun fact, Sex burns 150 calories!
I swear by pilates! But I also switch off between belly dancing and pilates weekly. I've lost 4 inches and I'm so giddy about those results. But it's hard work!

I ran cross country in Jr. High, and our coach had us do Pilates three times weekly. You are a brave, brave woman. lol. I can't tolerate that kind of endurance. I'm lazy. =0}

I generally just do a series of twist crunches every day, and that does the trick for me. They also help to work the "love handle" region. =0] If you should chance to have a small child handy, "airplane" them often. My son is always eager to make me exercise. =0D
Also, I can never stress enough how magical of an exercise swimming really is. It's a work out that you don't actually have to work for. =0p
I've been slowly training my waist with steel boned corsets as well. I'd gotten down to 22" in the past, but then got lazy and stopped wearing corsets as often as I should have. I'm now at 24" when corseted, with a natural waist of 26". Almost back down to where I wanna be!
Oh! I also forgot to mention that detoxing your body with a good colon cleanse (as gross as it is to admit), will help to lose weight. You can find an herbal tea made specifically for the cause at just about any drug store.
Rowing.....great core workout! I love it! Plus I just try to follow a healthy diet. Don't get me wrong, I eat a lot and for the most part whatever I want. But I try to be healthy about it and avoid convenience foods. Plus it seems really intimidating at first but check out crossfit.com for some workout ideas! Plus a good corset can never hurt <3.
Tessa is right, colon cleanses are great too. But beware all cleanses are not created equal....I opted for one of the boxed treatments with mulitiple supplements that you take for over a week. Well....lets just say that I had a day or two that were like the scene from Dumb and Dumber after he gets fed all the laxatives....gross for sure but be warned....lol. Nothing like sharing nasty stories online, I should have gone for the tea.

Eek! 0.0
Yeah, I've only ever heard horror stories about the supplements in pill form. A friend of mine literally, well... we'll just say she bled, and leave it at that.
The teas work really slowly, but they get the job done at a pace that the body can handle. I'm not sure if Activia actually works or not, but it's generally the same concept.
a bargain-priced waist nipping corset from delilahs garden- they do more for the waist than plastic surgery! they fit EVERYONE! Just be sure you don't buy it too big.
Mmmm rowing! I love rowing! I used to be my school champion wooooooo!

I do hula-hooping now; wiggle them hips ladies!

Ha ha! I guess this makes me a lazy tart. I naturally have and hourglass figure, but i am overweight.
I'm gonna have to start doing some form of exercise again. I used to walk everywhere and swim 3 times a week.
