1) You can enter the monthly contest and be voted in as a Sickgirl of the month and receive free merch and have a hat or clip named after you.

OR

2) you can send in your picture with Your Name or Name that you use when modeling or doing burlesque, Address or city and state that your from, and a brief bio about yourself, your likes dislikes, hobbies, etc... ( I will say that I am looking for girls that will represent Sickgirl Creations and go to functions supported by sickgirl creations to represent as a sickgirl and what we stand for.)

If you are approved as a sickgirl and you put the *SGC* by your name on your myspace and put me in your top friends list you will get all of my items at %50 off just request a seperate paypal invoice from me when you want to order anything new so that I can give you the discounted price. I can not discount anything that has already been paied for, but since my prices went up I figured I would give all of my sickgirls a discount.

What is a Sickgirl:

A Sickgirl has to be 18 or older

Sickgirls are girls who like to have fun, make new friends, have a love for vintage looks and style. I need girls that are willing to help others and not just themselves. I do alot of charity and volunter work and if your to self absorbed to help others, then don't bother asking to be a sickgirl. This company is willing to help you only as much as you are willing to help yourself. I do reward all of my sickgirls with free merch at some point, especially when doing photoshoots. Other than free merchandise I do not pay there is no exchange of cash. You are an AT WILL MODEL.. therefore are free to quit whenever you like. I will also reserve the right to cut you from Sickgirl Creations if your representation of the company is questionable or your causing drama with other models, Gossip and Illicit Drug use will not be tolerated. As soon as your are approved as a Sickgirl you must put *SGC* next to your name and please come to as many functions that Sickgirl Creations holds, sponsors, or invites you too. You must also repost any *SGC* bulletins sent to you.

The girl of the month contest is held every month on my myspace page in the Blog section. To be entered to win you just have to post a picture in the Blog comments. To be entered into next months contest you just have to post your picture in the Blog for the December girl of the month which I will be putting up on October 30th and you have till the 8th of November to post your picture, after the 8th I don't accept any more girls in the contest. Your friends can vote on you by leaving a comment in the blog with your name on it and they can vote one time per month from the 1st of November till the 30th so the sooner you add your pic the better. I hope to see you on there.

OMG! I would love to be a sick girl.I love helping others I often put everyone before myself. I have a myspace page for a Pancreatic Cancer that I made for my father who passed away.I am setting up a non profit organization for the cancer.I'm a mom so I free of drugs and all that stuff.I guess now I will just have to find a picture of me.
