I just came across a great website www.hillbillyhousewife.com! Tons of "from scratch" recipes! I love to cook, so I fell in love instantly. Also looks like there might be a few soy and vegan recipes too. Check it out!

I have adored this website forever. There is so may tips on there for make your own cleaners, staying on a budget, making a weekly menu, etc.

lol....making the weekly menus is part of why I fell in love with it. My husband and I are terrible at grocery shopping, we buy all this food but can never seem to put a meal together with it. Since finding this site, I am already getting ready for next week! Yay, for a plan! It will be nice to have an actual list when we go shopping so we don't end up eating out as much!
