I LOVE Tarantino, the man is a genius! He has an incredibly unique style and such a creative mind. I just read this interesting interview with him in GQ and thought I would share. Read it HERE

What's your favorite Tarantino flick? Mine is True Romance...yeah Alabama! :D

I LOVED Inglorious Basterds. It drew me in so quickly and I seriously felt like I was
part of the movie. Dude is genius. Brad Pitt did a phenomenal job with his character. His dialect couldn't have been more perfect.

But Christophe Waltz, holy epic acting.

I agree w/ Des. i'm not too big a fan of Tarantino but IB was one of the best movies i've ever seen.

and since we're talkin Christoph Waltz....

IG was okay, but I really have to say that my favorites is (in this order) Pulp Fiction, Death Proof, Resevour Dogs, IG, Jackie Brown, Kill bill 1&2, then toss up on the rest of them. He is a genius that brings in elements of all genres and styles into his movies.
I loved Death Proof. I've heard people say that was too much talking and not enough action in it but I love every single minute of it. The lap dance was soooo hot!
My fav is Four Rooms.

Followed by Death Proof, True Romance, and Pulp Fiction.
I hate to go all Donny Downer in this thread, but I gotta admit I've never been a Tarantino fan. Some of the stuff he's done is entertaining as hell (Inglorious Basterds, 4 Rooms, and Planet Terror I'm looking at you) but for the most he's a little too far across the thin line between madness and genius for me.
I love Tarantino. I remember the first time I saw Pulp Fiction, it just blew me away.
As predictable as it is, it is my fav because of all the pop culture references and the amazing cast. I felt he went a bit of his game there for a while but IB was amazing and restored my faith in his genius.
I loved Death Proof too! They beat him good!

Cant say I'm a fan, didn't sit thru Pulp Fiction and Inglorious Bastards was, hmmmm odd and mildly entertaining. Christophe Waltz was the only good thing about the entire movie.

But im the kinda guy that picks apart a movie for having things exaggerated that couldn't really happen, and thats all QT does.
PULP FICTION! Old skool!
His over exaggeration is what makes him a creative genius...some people love it and some people hate it. :)

My second favorite is Reservoir Dogs - I can't here the tune Stuck In The Middle With You without seeing Mr. Blonde dancing in front of the cop he is about to torture. I also liked the entire Death Proof series.

Planet Terror was a Robert Rodriguez film that Qt was a producer on.

As was said some like his (and his whole groups work) and others don't. If your gonna watch any of his or RR's films you got to look at them for what they are, a throw back to the films of the '70's, the Spaghetti Westerns, the Kung-Fu flicks, Noir films of the 50-60's and the Samuri movies from Japan. I love the old cult classics, and he brings parts of all those genre's into the films of today. He's actually a genius, when it comes to movie making itself, he gives his fans what they want to see. A movie without all the PC BS that is put into them today. Lets kill everyone and then kills some more people as well. (Kill BIll 1&2) there is nor moral to that story except maybe don't piss a woman off.
