Tech Help Needed... how do I add music?

I'm trying to doll up my page, but when I go to add music from my i-tunes library, I get an alert that says the music I want to add is not in MP3 format.

Anyone know what that means or what I do to change the format? I'm on a Mac if that helps.

Wishing I could just plug my record player into my computer...

I'd sooner remove my left eye than deal with itunes... and you can hook that record player right up to the computer with the proper interface..

Hi Dolly, where are you trying to add music? PL had the music feature removed to keep it streamlined and focused on networking. However you can add a playlist from playlist.com right onto your page!

Mind if I ask how you got to a link that said add music???

There are a ton of options other than itunes for digital music.

for me the main reason to avoid itunes is how it ties you
in a house of 6 we all share music on a common server
plus I have a recording studio in the house and don't need the overhead of itunes on that machine plus it wants to handle all your media

one of the kids has a ipod and I installed itunes on a completely separate machine and he has his own music directory, so I can avoid it seeing the 20000 or so mp3's we have

Hey doll, go to playlist.com and create a playlist there. Then you can add the code right onto your page! ;)
