For those who don't know what the hell to do for a schedule, or who would like to spice things up a bit and change pace, here is something I stumbled across. This is from exercise.tv, a website I use for working out. Hundreds of different types of videos, FOR FREE! This 30 day workout plan is also free!!

(Gosh I sound like an advertisement. Sorry!)

I'll keep this in mind, I definately need to switch things up a bit!
I've been doing it but man the yoga is hard lol my arms were dying from day 2 anyway so doing so much exercise with my arms supporting myself was not good, lesson here is I need to get some muscle and not just work on my stomoch! I'll stick to my wii fit yoga me thinks lol there are some great workouts on the site thi, cheers for sharing x
