So no weight loss, and my chest got bigger. Funny that. I blame too much taco bell, gonna have to work on that... But I did lose 4 inches total around my middle, so thats good!
Gonna have to work harder the next two weeks.

Oh hey I was just reading your meal plan thread and this may help you out. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant w/ my son. So I was on a meal plan they cut out a lot of my fav foods right away..lol anyway if you cut pop out of your diet youd be surprised. Also I still do the fast food but just once a wk now not 3 times a wk and suprisingly mcdonalds is way low cal. I think my cal plan was 1400 anyway if this helps at all let me know cuz I may have some more suggestions for you.

I don't drink soda anymore, in fact I only drink water and green tea. It took a bit to get used to, but it's all good now. If I do really want a soda, I'll have a Cherry Coke Zero. No cals and it takes care of the craving. I don't eat meat, so McDonalds is out, but we do have Taco Bell fridays, lol. No way i could live without my Taco Bell... I'm an addict. Over the last two months my eating plan has gotten better and been refined a few times, so now it's almost perfect. Although I do have slip ups, it's easier to get back on track. I think that as long as I stick with what works, and reevaluate when I find something that doesn't, I'll keep being successful! That being said, all suggestions are welcome! There are so many ways out there to lose weight, I love hearing what has worked for others.

Up Date time!
It's been a while and I'm pleased to say things are going good. I'm averaging 1 pound a week. Some days are good, like yesterday, an hour in the gym and I took in about 1200 cals, and some days are bad, like Easter! Ohhhhhh bad!!
But all in all, I'm doing well, and am proud of myself. And my clothes are looking better and better!!
On Monday I'll be doing a weigh in and measurements. Wish me luck!
