In this thread we will document all feature and interface adjustments to the site.

We've increased the font size on some key areas of the front page, this includes Forum Titles, Group names, and Event Titles. Additionally the underline was removed for an added touch of cleanliness...

This has already proven to generate higher traffic in the areas where we have the most active networking, the Forums.

The inspiration for this change came from Word Clouds, which are dynamically generated adjustments to font sizing for topics of higher interest. see image:

We're putting the final touches on a "RANDOMIZER" script that will take you to a random photo page! We're so excited to know that previously uploaded content is going to be revisited. We have over 100,000 AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHS that need to be seen!

Continuing the minimization efforts, we've removed underlines from links. When hovered over the underline will appear confirming the text is a link. Something subtle that you wont notice is that links are 1 shade brighter than normal text...

This change allowed us to slightly increase the font size further de-cluttering the main "dashboard" page.

This is absolutely RAD. I LOVE it! It's overwhelming to go through thousands of pages of photos! I give the Randomizer the Honey B. Seal of Approval!!! (damnit..which I can't find right now to show you...but it's rad, too)

A dash of color was added today...you pretty much can't miss it. Desirée has long desired (no pun intended) to bring in the 3rd color we had in mind. I think the time is right...Thoughts?

I'm guessing you mean the turquoise? I like the brightness of it, it pops on the site for sure. Very pretty. Although... red and turquoise..... not so good next to each other. Because it's so small on the site, I think it works, but in real life, I would never put those colors together.

Yep! And getting your attention to those areas is exactly what its intended to do, so GREAT!

In general design red and turquoise companion colors. For example, here is a peek at some very cool color palates using the PL red, you'll notice some certain shades of green and purple also.

at first I really didn't know what to think of the randomizer but then I just found an awesome vector artist from it that I probably wouldn't of found any other way. 2 thumbs and a nose up!!!

The Events section has been renamed: Shows & Meetups

This will help with the confusion. We've noticed people putting Casting Calls in there. This should solve that issue and encourage more people to post up Shows and host Meetups!
