What color/brand is your lipstick?

Just wanted to know what kind and brand of lipstick my lovely PL wear. I just started to wear lipstick but only have two and of course they are both Mac and you know how expensive they can get. dont get me wrong they are great and stay on all day, even when you are at work. I just need to more  shades of red. I have Mac Viva Glam and russian red. xoxoxoxo

I have been wearing a lot of red lipstick lately! Today I am wearing Pinup Matte I Am Trouble (by Masuimi Max) in Winter Red (I also have Pinup Matte Mauve, not red). My two go-to MAC shades are Ruby Woo (blue-based red) and Viva Glam I. I also have a Revlon Creme in Love that Red (vintage color). Other vintage red colors from Revlon is Fire and Ice & Cherries in the Snow. Haven't tried them, but I know many fans of those two shades as well!

I used to wear red lipsticks, but now I'm changing them to berries like colours. I'm wearing "arrogant" by Dior.. the name doesn't say much.. but it's like a dark pink.

I wear MAC lipsticks too. I wear 'Chatterbox' if I want just a pink tint to my lips. I just bought their 'Ruby Woo' lipstick, and I line my lips with their lip pencil in 'Redd' I always use a lip pencil/liner as it stains my lips and makes the intense colour last so much longer.

I wear MAC Russian Red as my red, and MAC Extra Amps lipgloss as my pink. Both are amazing colors. The Russian Red stays put really well, especially over Revlon Color Stay Lip Liner, and the Gloss has the prettiest glitter in it.

i really love what you said Daniel, so i thought it needed repeating. =)

but getting back on subject i got this Styli-Style flat lipstick liner and color in one, its a stay on, and like all of them, they don't tend to last 6 hours with its full look intact after you've been drinking and eating ect. but it lasts about 4 without needing major touch ups. i use their color "Left Bank". its really nice because like you said a lot of make up, like MAC, are great products, but they can be really expensive and i got this one for 7 dollars at a drugstore. and since drugstores can also have sales fairly frequently i have gotten it for a little over 4 dollars, which is nice if your on a budget, like i am.

Just out of pure curiosity, how much is a MAC lipstick in US Dollars? They're £12.50 in England and 14 euro in Ireland, which is very expensive for us.

MAC lipticks are around $14...so they are much more expensive (by about $4 to $5 more) in Europe.

i stick with MAC Russian Red. i've tried all sorts and as much as i spent on cheaper ones and all the touch ups i had to do throughout the day, i think my money is better spent with the MAC :)

Well then, next time anyone I know is going to the US I must ask them to take a trip to MAC for me haha!

if it still might help i like the estee lauder signature lipstick in rich red - it stays on forever!
