Thats pretty neat! I need to start looking for those kind of skirts at thrift stores now!

You know what else is kinda neat - take a 70's loose fitting skirt w/ elastic band waist band - and pop it up to your chest and wear it as a tube/shift dress!!!

Some of the 70's patterns are so neato, but blah and not so flattering as a skirt.
