Jack Taylor of Beverly Hills said something to the effect of..'Men do not know how to dress well, because they no longer see Men dressing well.'

I think it is the same with women. I rarely see women dressed well. Especially for occasions. It's way underdone or worse - unacceptable. Without putting the pledges in a Uniform... this is maybe one of the best outlines I have seen for style =))
