In defense of the muse...

If I have a failing as a photographer, it is that I tend to get a little monomaniacal about whatever I'm shooting at the moment. When I happen across a model who is on the same page I am on at the moment, I will shoot with them a LOT. The thing about shooting pin-ups...

Okay, it's kind of funny to me that I have been so focused on pinup photography recently. My photographic style, my heroes, and my "usual" aesthetic don't really lend themselves to the genre, on the face of it. I am all about Hurrell, classic "Hollywood Glamor", and black and white photography:
