I was at work last night, driving my squad car from site to site, listening to the radio.

Scattered Chapter 3

My First apartment was on the north side of the Tower District in Fresno.

My first roommate was my very dear friend since birth, Nathan Stevens. These days people were calling him "Dez"

It took a few months but the name grew on me and before long I was calling him by his self-chosen rocker name.

I was a "cutter" for about a month when I was 14. and Ill tell you something. it f****** WORKS. you see the blood leaving your body and you feel the pain along with it...and somehow your brain (or at least mine) confuses that pain with whats really bothering you and it all goes away. I have been living in Sacramento, CA for almost 2 years now...working full time as a private security officer.
