Help me chose my first hotrod....

I am looking to buy a winter car that I can drive now and fix up during the summer. (Now when I say fix up I mean Garrett will do the fixin' :) But I am learning how to help). I did change my own brakes this summer.
Ok so here go the choices: Any input you guys might have may help so give it to me!! Thanks!
1. 1951 Chevy Deluxe (Black, 4dr, lowered)
2. 1956 Plymouth Belvedere (Pink and white, 4 dr)
