I've been wearing dermablend smooth indulgence make up for about 3 years now and i couldn't be more impressed. while I find it unlikely it would cover tattoos, it's the best full coverage make up i've ever used. I no longer add a concealer below the eyes or at the brow bone. This stuff is spackle. I'd compare it to MAC studio fix liquid foundation but it's thicker. Comes in a 1 oz bottle and I've been using the same bottle for about 8 months. A little pricey, but worth it.
