I have heard it SO MANY TIMES about how I will look so GROSS when I get old with all my tattoos!!! Seriously, I will be one hot g'ma! I seriously just want to tell them to SHUT UP! I dont tell them how ugly they will be with their wrinkly face and saggy tits. We will be a generation of cool g'mas & g'pas with our life stories on our skin!

Hah I hate those kind of comments too! I always tell people that I'd rather be covered from head to toe in amazing art witch character than sporting some boring old liver spots! Were all gonna wrinkle up and die eventually so may as well rock out our skin while we can!

I once heard a square ask someone, "How are you going to feel when you're in the nursing home with all those tattoos?" The reply was, "How will you feel when you're there, and don't have any?"
"By the 1980s, tattooing had become popular. It was no longer a part of the subculture, even people with Sorbonne and Harvard educations were getting them, as well as curators at well-known art museums. MTV was taking over cable television and there was hardly a band that did not have tattoos."
