No way sweetie! Your skin is an amazing organ. If you give it time, keep it hydrated, and take care of it, it'll bounce back. It helps to wear compression underpinnings too! It'll train your skin to stay tight to your body. It's the same philosophy as when you get plastic surgery. They give you those wraps to wear until your skin is trained to your new contours! :)

Unfortunately, a lot of the more heavily-caffeinated treatments can have that result, because what they do immediately is draw all the water out of the affected area, water that is actually plumping up and smoothing out the surface, but breaking up the fatty deposits takes longer, so the dimply look remains and yes, often looks worse at first :(
I've tried more than a few products and the one I have had the absolute best luck with is, believe it or not, a St. Ives lotion. It's called Cellulite Shield Total Body Cellulite Control, and it's just wonderful. Comes in a big orange bottle, 18 oz for around $7, has a really nice citrus scent, and one of the things I like most about it is that you use it like a regular lotion, not a spot treatment. It smooths out cellulite where you have it and tones the skin everywhere else. They say you will see results in about 2 weeks, and I really did see results in that time frame. (And no, I don't work for them ;) ) I get it at www.drugstore.com but you can probably find it at most regular drugstores.
