Does anyone think that Michelle McGee makes the tattoo industry look bad?

Generally, if I had to think of a spokesperson for tats, I'd probably go with Kat Von D., but I have to wonder what kind of effect all the negative press Michelle McGee is getting for being Jesse James' mistress?  Thoughts?

I wish the media would not give any of these home-wrecker sluts ANY publicity. What is wrong with these women who go on tv to announcee that they slept with a married man? I don't think the tat thing is really an issue. Some people love them and some will always detest them. I love it when I have a client with tats. I have learned how to make them look even better in photoshop.

No......there were already plenty of girls doing it.

I actually know her from back in the day, and believe it or not she's one of the nicest/coolest people I have met. When I saw her pic on the TV screen it was really weird to see someone that I know basically become and overnight celebrity. She's been a dancer for years and years before this whole thing and also a model, doing the adult website stuff too. The media focuses so much on "Oh, she's a stripper! Oh, she's a adult webiste model" making it seems like she went and did these things just recently or because of the scandal. Umm, no.
I always love when a "stripper" gets caught doing anything....it's always 10 times more focused on and 10 times a bigger deal than if a non-stripper did it. The other alleged "mistresses" have got little to no media coverage at all, but if you go on TMZ Michelle has her own section.

Who knows what her motives were for kissing and telling......we can all just speculate, and form our own opinions......but hey this is pop media. None of us will ever know the REAL story except Michelle and Jesse themselves.

You've got a point there about her receiving more of the media attention than any of the other girls, but she was also the first one out there. She was also on the cover of Tattoo magazine, And according to Casey Exton the rag’s publisher, Michelle’s story is “the biggest thing to happen to the tattoo industry.” I disagree with his statement. If she is the tattoo industry's new role model, then it hardly speaks well for the industry, which is what made me bring up the question of the all negative press surrounding her.

Jesse has the look of a badass, Sandra is a clean wholesome gal.

Same with Tiger, good wholesome guy, messing with dirty nastygirls!

So, in a way yes, its because of the tattoo's that they think she's a "bad girl". Compared to Sandra Bullock almost every girl is. Michelle does have a swastika tattoo'd on her, claims are its just ... She's probably a really nice girl...just that she loves to f***, get nekkid, stir up s***, and wreck homes.

I'm not hating, promise, there is totally a place for that kinda girl in my dirty mind, but I wouldn't take her home to mama!

I don't think she makes the tattoo industry look bad. I also don't think she's the "biggest thing to happen to the tattoo industry." She's just a skank who found a way to get her 15 minutes of fame.

P.S. before this discussion gets heated, I wanted to add that I am not condoning anyones behavior, either hers or Jesses....I'm just saying that there is always two sides to every story!! No matter how many "facts" we think we have been provided, as the public, we will never know the real story. Who knows if her intentions were to gain celebrity? It sure does appear so but like I said we'll never really know. If so, it sure is working because here we are all talking about her :)

This country has become sickly obsessed with Hollywood and celebrity. People want so bad to "be famous" overnight are pulling out all the stops to achieve it! Just look at "Jersey Shore" for example..... Those f**** were no one until some douchebag producer from MTV decided to cast for that reality show and they got chosen. Act a fool on camera for a hefty salary and instant fame? Of course they would!

Mark my words Michelle has probably already had her phone and email blown up by producers for a reality show. Would I be shocked if she gets one? Umm...no.

This is the direction pop culture has gone in, and I can't see it getting better any time soon. Love it or hate it, it's here.

Personally, I think that she was looking for a meal ticket and found one in Jesse, and the following scandal. I know that she had posed for a tattoo mag (I think that it was Tattoo Revue, does that sound right?) and when they didn't want to give her the cover, she told that she would be "hot" real soon. Now needless to say she has the cover. Her tats just make her more mysterious and interesting. Without them I don't think that she would have gotten as much press. As far as the industry, I don't think it makes them look bad....people are just trying to capitalize on her look at this point.
