have you considered taking up bikram yoga?? in a nutshell, its a 90 minutes class in a room thats about 105 or so degrees w/ about 40% humidity. same 26 (i think, its been a while since i last went) postures every class. the benefits are are amazing. you learn to eat better & take better care of your body (if you dont you will regret it during classes).
