How long did it take you to get an Return Authorization number?

I received my order last Friday, tried on the skirt and there was no way. I ordered a large, they sent an extra large. Even the large wouldn't have fit. It's just not cut for my lack of waist line. I'm large in the waist but small in the hips. Anyways.

The same day I received the order (January 8th) I put in for the return authorization number.

I called today and left a message, but haven't heard back yet. I'm just curious how long it's taken others to get a return #

I'm a bit concerned since their website has a blurb in their returns FAQ;

Which was why I got on it ASAP to put in for the return authorization. I have anything I order online shipped to "Nauset Girl Pin Ups" and when it comes down to it, the worry that I may be out $68 bucks for something I couldn't shoot in even if I wanted to is making me a bit antsy to get this process going.

Somebody set my mind at ease and tell me they're great with returns and I'm totally barking up the wrong tree so I can stop hyperventilating at the thought!

Thats kind of an interesting statement to make on their returns page, I hope someone will contact you to set your mind at ease!

In a way it's almost like they are scaring people away from even trying to make a valid return/exchange (your sentiments exactly). It may not be my place to say but it doesn't exactly scream great customer service...I think that type of accusation should be made privately and individually if ever proven valid.

The girls got curves, and the XL aint XL enough. Don't delay, RMA!

The return authorization number came in!!!

Awesome. Now I have to go figure out what to spend the credit on.

I'm looking forward to using the credit towards bunches of cool things so I can come back and give them mass rave reviews.

Everything else in the first order was Awesome. The Lucky 13 'take it off' top was a win and Pleaser shoes, you can't go wrong with! Fitting the boo-tay on the t'other hand... a bit more challenging!

I'm glad it worked out for you. I regularly order from BabyGirlBoutique and have never had a problem. Sometimes the RA # may take a few days to appear, but their customer service has always been tops.
