Anyone else's friends having trouble voting for them 2nd day for Miss Beatersville?

I have several friends that voted for me yesterday who have tried to do it today and its not letting them. Anyone one else had friends tell them this?

No issues here, voted each day.

I think we figured it out. It seems to go on a 24 hours until you can vote again some that did Monday afternoon that tried Tuesday morning couldn't do it until the afternoon.
