Reasons to not wear nylons? There are many IMO. From runs and snags to peep toes and pedicures. Photos can be retouched but what about live events where you can't hide behind a great Photoshop job? Pantyhose alternatives? Perhaps.
There's a product out there called Airbrush Legs by Sally Hansen, seems you can get it from most pharmacies (Walgreens.com, $13.79) and mass market retailers like WalMart.

I stared at it at target and thought! HEY thats so cool! but thought the same thing.
Heres a Video review.
She sorta looks like snooki, and wow she needs to get her nails done.

I work as a dancer and a whole lot of our girls use it...It's ok as long as it matches your skin tone and you don't get sweaty. It will run under hot lights. In my opinion it's much better to wear stockings or hose. But report back...I am afraid to use it too.
Ha! She totally looks like a Snooki Jr.! IMO, it seems easier to put on stockings!

I have used it a couple of times. It is basically like spray foundation... makeup for your legs. It works ok. You have to be careful about buying the right shade. I never spray it directly on my legs. I make sure and moisturize really well first (just like your face foundation doesn't look good on dry skin) and actually spray it into my hand an apply that way. Blend VERY well. Even use a makeup sponge in spots, if necessary. I would also apply while naked and let dry/set awhile before dressing.
It's a pretty good product as long as you don't expect drastic results. It really needs to be used as just a light "touch up" sorta product.
Hope that's a wee bit helpful.
