My favorite workout that is AMAZING cardio is jumping and dancing on a mini trampoline for a good 30 minutes a day. It is SO much fun and you won't believe how quickly you lose your breath it's such a good workout. You can get a good mini trampoline from Wal-Mart for about $35 and they last forever!

It is!! It's not loud like a treadmill so you can actually HEAR the TV so working out doesn't get boring while you're STRAINING to hear.
Different ways of jumping work out different parts. You can do jumping jacks to get your heart rate up for you can jump on one foot at a time while bringing your knees up closer toward yourself to work out your abs and upper thighs. Or you can run in place. It's great!
thats true, they do last forever. they say that jumping on the mimi trampoline helps move and stimulate the organs and is good for them! so hurray for workouts that boost organ function!
