We tested the integration of a STATUS area for about a month on the site to see if a microblogging (twitter) feature would be well received. The feedback was fantastic! We found people using it daily to update what was going on in their daily lives.
This test has since been shut down and in the coming days, we’ll be rolling out the Status feature permanently. You will see a Status box at the top of your Profile pages. This is the place to share an exciting announcement or post about random happenings. The Status feature empowers you to share your activities with other members on PL and engage with people around those activities.
