Bettie Mae Page has passed away on Thursday 11 December 2008 at 6:41.

Tears are still running down my face. It seems as though just yesterday I was looking at one of her photographs for the first time that innocent smile and her curved body. She will forever be in my memory. I always told my bf that she was my inspiration and she will forever be my inspiration. She change my perspective in nudity and I'm sure she did the same to you as well. I will continue but the pain is more stronger so my last word are THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF HEART BETTIE MAE PAGE YOU WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED

No one could have said that any better honey, we're all devastated we lose our pinup icon. She'll live on in our memories and live vicariously through all of the women she inspired to model or even just those living the lifestyle we all live.
