Art of the Pin-Up Girl is a musical romp through the history of American pin-up from 1920 (when Vargas painted the Ziegfeld girls) to the present day delightful resurgence of pin-up culture across the globe. Featuring 14 original songs (including the first excerpt Welcome to the Jungle (The Fabulous Bettie Page)) and the imagery of the greatest pin-up artists of all time - this show is the pin-upcome to life and tells the stories of the real women who modeled for these iconic pieces of art - their lives, their loves and their scandals - and shows the powerful influence of pin-up in our culture. Art of the Pin-Up Girl will be mounted as a staged reading in early 2012 and will be available to experience through social media every step of the way! Thank YOU for staying tuned for all the fun!
