Free Time To Build A Portfolio

Okay...time to ramble about nothing and everything.

Modeling is something I've always wanted to do. I never have been 5'9 and 100lbs so I've never had the will to do it, so to speak. My boyfriend now is really into this era and lifestyle and we've been together for 7 months next Tuesday (aww). I've always loved the pin up/rockabilly era and I love old music but he's gotten me to be more in touch with it. Now, I found this website through a lot of googling and hours on the internet in the wee hours of the morning when I couldn't sleep and decided to join. All the girls are absolutely gorgeous and the people are nothing but nice here. It was like a big light bulb coming on it my head. Like I said, I've always wanted to be a model but I never had the body for it. Looking at the beautiful girls on this site made me realize even more that this would be the perfect kind of modeling for me. I think pin up models are more real and beautiful than high fashion runway models. I mean-if you think about it, not everyone is 5'9 and 100 lbs...c'mon...no real lady looks like that. Back in that time frame, girls weren't that tiny...they were curvy and they had a body. They were sexy in a very modest classic way.


I think I want to try this out. I have always been a modest girl so why not be a modest sexy pin up? I don't know if I really want to make a career in modeling but I think I would want to try it out...just for fun and just to see how I like it. Having 2 jobs keeps me busy all the time and I think I need some excitement in my life...to spice things up. I think I'd like to give it a go.

What do you guys think? Do you think I should? Honest opinions would be greatly appreciated. Or if you just want to ramble about the day being so great-or not great, go ahead. I want to know what anyone has to say. Hope everyone's day is just fine and dandy.
