Contests, Frills and Chills!

After shaking the dust of my rusty limbs with Saturday's shoot, I realised that I want to continue modeling for the time being. It's almost spring, which means more outdoor shoots and location shots (which are always my favourite). I'm not in the best shape, but I don't care damnit! I love to eat, and that's all there is to it.

What I am wondering now is, do I want to continue this hobby professionally or just for my own personal enjoyment? Should I start entering contests to get myself out there? What constitutes a "winner" in one of those contests? A model who has worked with a prestigious photographer, a model who has a body to die for, or a woman who really knows her pinup? Maybe all of the above? If that's the case, I think I'm out of luck. What would be a good contest to test the waters? Or should I concentrate my energy on my portfolio first, making it stronger for competition?

Or should I just admit defeat right now?
