Unsupportive "friends"

A little while ago I was informed by a mutual friend that another one of my friends referred to me as a "wannabe", as far as my modeling goes. I have reason to believe this, because this person also deleted me off of myspace and twitter today without any explanation at all. Now, this is someone I considered a good friend of mine. I stood in her wedding, and while we haven't seen a lot of each other lately, I still considered her a friend. So, what gives?
