Cara means "Beloved Friend" My Intention is to be a friend to the world. Someone who brings wisdom, love and a voice of Health to our Human Family. I have created myself into a 1940 Pin-Up Girl...of Health Caradahl ~ dressing health up with a little style and personality. I work at special events, make guest appearances and compete in bikini competitions and perform in Figure/Fitness shows! I provide answers to questions about how to transform your Lifestyle, Mind and Body into Optimal Energy:)
