Saw your forum topic about not "feeling" the girly 50s look, so I posted some ideas and links based on my preferences.

Sure, I have pale skin and I love corsets and heels, but I've never been called "girly". "Mistress", yes, but no one has ever implied that there is anything cute about me. I'm tall and imposing and a little scary (although the truth is that I'm a great big ball of dork). If I was blonde, I'd be a goddess, but I'm dark, so I'm a dominatrix! I say work it :D

And I'll just say again how much I enjoy your blog posts!

You speak of and to so much of what I'm currently experiencing and battling with, particularly the value and place of and for my art.
