Playful Promises is a London designed lingerie, swimwear and gifting brand which mixes flirty ideas with quirky and directional design.
Playful Promises was created in 2004 by Emma Parker.
Emma became obsessed with lingerie in 1994 when she bought her first pair of ‘grown-up’ knickers aged 18. It was the tiniest laciest g-string with a tulle skirted frill edged in velvet ribbon, this is where her love affair started and when Emma realized she could conquer the whole world in pants like those!
Six years on and Playful Promises has a following of sassy fashionable girls, who like to say ‘I did it my way’ (preferably loudly firstly to the Frank Sinatra version followed by the Sex Pistols), but who are confident enough to not take themselves too seriously and know that life is there to be lived.
