- Harlots & Hooligans is a tattoo and music magazine for South Lousiana. Currently we are distributing exclusively within the local area, but plan to expand to a national level in the near future. We feature well known artists, awesome bands, and beautifully tattooed ladies in every issue. You can check us out on Facebook by searching Harlots & Hooligans. You can also contact and submit photos to harlotsandhooligans@live.com for a chance to be featured in one of our future issues!
