- My love for the glamour and etiquette of the early 40s-50s started when I was a little girl. With my grandmother being a burlesque dancer and showgirl in the fabulous Las Vegas I was born into the lifestyle I live every day. She passed onto me stories, jewelry and clothes lots and lots of clothes but most importantly a demeanor of always being a lady. From the hand stitched dresses to the pinstriped flames on classic Mercs nothing will ever outdo those days. I appreciate the modern pin ups just as much or more as the classic pin ups.
