I found out how I did the background thingy :D
If you go to settings > My page > appearance > ALL options > then under colours you have the option to upload from your computer the picture you want for the side and body image and if you want it tiled or not.

Hiya, yeah thats no problem. What ill do is when I get home from work (in around 3hrs) Ill have a fiddle about an try to remember how I did it. If it helps I know the theme on my page was taken from pictures I uploaded on photobucket.
