Is that Fay Wray from King Kong? That is beautiful work. I love the way the negative space is worked into the hair and shoulders.

Yancalo -I shave the pastel and charcoal into a fine powder and then wet or dry deprening on the effect I want I paint it onto the paper or board I'm using with different sizes of brushes.

Great job! So after you draw with the charcoal, graphite and pastel, you go over it with a dry or wet brush?
